Latest from Norse Projects

Last week Norse Projects dropped two new styles of Blazer for the spring and summer months and as usual, these are absolute stand-outs in terms of style and quality; two factors that have become unanimous with the Danish brand name.

Norse Projects Roedal Blazer

We’ve just received the Norse Projects Roeldal Blazer in Dark Navy at our Sevenwolves stores. Built from 100% medium to heavy weight cotton and with a regular straight cut, it’s perfect for the temperamental April weather and is one of our favourite jackets so far this season.

We were huge fans of the corn print five panel that arrived at the start of the year, so it’s good to see it making another appearance within the jacket lining. The Roeldal also features a striped lining on the sleeves, a four button frontage, twin

Norse Projects Spring Summer 2012

The spring summer season is something that we all look forward to hear at Dogfish. The first sight of shorts and light-weight shirts excites us, it means sunnier days are just around the corner. Whilst I am writing this the rain is licking the window from all angles, we can always dream.

Norse Projects have well and truly cemented their place in the casual street-wear market. The last few seasons have been so strong that they have built up a cult following and have had to turn down new accounts. It is items like the ones pictured below that are responsible for this,

Norse Projects Beanies

The Danes are used to cold winters where the temperature is known to drop as low as -10, so you know you can trust Norse Projects when it comes to winter clothing. The Norse Beanie features premium 100% British Merino Wool, woven Norse Projects label all put together in Portugal.

The Norse Beanie has just been featured in Highsnobiety’s Top 15 Great Beanies.

The Pin-Roll

It was the late eighties and hip hop was taking hold of the youth and ushering a new fashion where everything was extra large. The extra large clothing would soon become problematic as you didn’t want your brand new £100 plus Nike’s covered in denim stains and overshadowed by mass fabric. For a while young Londoners would tuck their jeans into their socks and then bam along came the pin-roll.

The pin-roll has seen a mass resurgence in recent seasons with certain brands such as Nudie creating well tapered denim that cuts in nicely above your trainers. This season

Norse Projects Nunk Jacket

The Danish fashion experts, Norse Projects are back with another extremely well put together design. The cold north is apparent as the inspiration for the heavy duty Nunk Jacket. The Norse Projects Nunk Jacket combines high-end practicality with iconic Scandinavian design finished off in Halley Stevenson’s dry finish cotton.

The Norse Projects Nunk Jacket is currently being photographed for our website, if you would like to view it for yourself then please pop by one of our stores.

Norse Projects A/W 2011 Lookbook II

Norse Projects have quickly become a staple brand for us here at Dogfish, as I write this I am currently wearing a 5-panel, Niels Boucle tee and Aros Chino maybe a bit much I know but the brand ticks all the right boxes. The Danish company design well crafted garments with only a minor piece of branding that comes in the form of a white label. This seasons collection certainly lives up to the hype with some choice winter items that will be essentials for the colder months.

If you would like to view our first drop
